R Beaute Career Talk & PowerGen Competition Launch

R Beaute will visit your campus to give a talk about Beaute Career with VIP guest speaker, Albert Nico. We will also launch the Montibello PowerGen competition. Students can now register their team on this website.

Proposal Submission

Once registered, students can now form their teams (3-4 members) and prepare a marketing and design proposal to be submitted here on this website. Go to Competition Requirements to learn more.

​Small Get-Together: Semifinal Briefing

R Beaute representatives will make a visit to each university to announce the 4 semifinalists (for each university) based on the proposal submission. We will also have a briefing session with the semifinalists on the next steps of the competition.We will bring 4 sets of Montibello HOP to be given to students for the next assignment.

Montibello Salons Visits & Tiktok Shooting

Semifinalists will now visit our Montibello Ambassador salons to learn directly from the salon owners. This visit gives students the chance to upgrade their final presentation (same ideas, only enhanced). They also have to produce a Tiktok video featuring Montibello products at the assigned salon.Go to Competition Requirements - Tiktok Video Shooting to learn more.

PowerGen Finale

This is D Day! All remaining students are required to present their complete proposal. They may also bring their 2 models along for a catwalk session. Students must share their Powerpoint Slides along with other materials needed by 6th January 2025 2PM on the website. Do refer to Competition Requirements Finale to learn more. Late submission will be disqualified.
